The Opportunity: Instructional Designer/ Content Specialist
We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to assist with accelerating Turn/River’s enablement impact through design and rollout of training content and courses for cross portfolio education. This individual will be our in-house designer for creating repeatable tools, templates, courses and learning paths for various GTM roles to help accelerate the application of Turn/River Capital’s proven playbooks and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Convert T/R playbooks into repeatable and digestible training courses for portco education
- Create learning paths for various audiences and align with T/R functional leaders and Enablement team to assign courses under each path (AE learning path, AM learning path, leader learning paths, etc.)
- Conduct enablement needs assessment across portfolio companies to prioritize development of scalable training deliverables on a quarterly basis
- Build and execute an audit process to refresh course content on a regular cadence
- Participate in evaluation and selection of an LMS to house and manage portfolio facing training content
- Track training consumption and correlate LMS data to Salesforce data to evaluate business outcomes
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in training design and content management.
- 2+ years experience supporting GTM teams or working in a GTM role.
- Exceptional skills in agile content and course creation.
- Experience with Articulate Rise or a similar authoring tool preferred.
- Proficiency with building reports to assess training adoption and translate insights into actionable tactics.
